Sami here, with your Template Thursday this week. But, first let me start off with saying that I won Layout of the Day today at Inspiration-Lane & that’s super exciting. You can find the link to the forum post here. I decided that instead of giving you a freebie this week, I would show you a LO I made from one of ScrapperGirl’s awesome templates! Templates are just meant to be a helping hand in creating a beautiful LO and sometimes I think people forget that sometimes and end up with cookie-cutter-type layouts that look EXACTLY like the template. I used a template from ScrapperGirl’s exclusive December CAC Templates from Enchanted Studio Scraps found here. Here is a preview of the template pack, I used the one in the lower left corner that I have boxed in.

and here is my LO. As you can see below I have shifted where she has the pictures located quite a bit. Along with moving the pictures, I needed to make more room for journaling as well. In my opinion, the journaling makes the LO. Whether you choose one word, or you write a story what you put on the LO will be what you see forever. You want to be able to remember the memory when you look back on it.
